Please note the following:
The Ultra All-Inclusive wrist bands should be worn at all times
One visit to each of our Theme restaurants per stay requiring a reservation in advance at the reception (due to limited seating, reservations cannot be guaranteed)
Evening restaurants have a smart casual dress code (no beachwear will be permitted)
Some facilities are subject to weather permitting and in some cases day and time restrictions and/or changes may apply
The management reserves the right to change operation hours with little or no notice based on weather conditions
Unlimited snacks, coffee, sweets, ice cream, soft drinks, juices, water, branded and local alcoholic beverages, beer, cocktails, long drinks and wines in all our restaurants and bars
Your Ultra All-Inclusive program ends when you depart from the hotel and not upon check-out from the room.
The Ultra All-Inclusive program does not include the following:
External phone calls, massage treatments, gift shop, medical service (24/7), mini-market, water sports (except free pedal boat, canoes and snorkeling), late checkouts and lockers.
