Check-in time is at 15:00. Checkout time is at 11:00. Hotel facilities and services for guests who have checked out are available until departure from the hotel. Late checkout is subject to availability and must be requested in advance at our reception at least one day before your departure. Additional charges are applicable.

The resort is located at only a 15-minute drive from the International Airport and a 5-minute drive from the village Kardamena. (regular free shuttle service) and 30 km from Kos town.

The next ATM machine is in Kardamena.
We do provide currency exchange services at the reception.

We do provide pool/beach towels free of charge. They are available at the pool service station between the pool and the beach.

We offer several times a free shuttle bus to Kardamena. Additionally, there is the local bus station in front of the hotel. A taxi transfer can be arranged at the Reception 24/7 with no prior notice.

There is a dress code for evening meals at the main restaurant as well as at our Theme restaurant. Dress code is smart casual for both ladies and gentlemen. Smart jeans or nice shorts are acceptable, but please refrain from wearing sportswear/swimwear.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the hotel. The password will be provided at your check-in.

The mini bar is restocked every morning with 1 bottle of water, 2 beers, 2 soft drinks, 2 juice boxes, 1 bottle of white wine and 1 bottle of red wine. It is free of charge.

There is a mini market in the hotel where you can find everything you may need.

Our preferred and trusted car rental partner has their own desk in the hotel lobby and a representative is available every day in the morning and evening to assist you.

Opening hours for the fitness center are 08:00 to 22:00. Guests must be at least 16 years of age to use the facilities.

Yes, baby cots (for children up to 2 years of age) are available upon request free of charge. They can be arranged prior to your holidays with your reservation/or email and upon arrival at the reception desk.

Our Theme restaurants are available for a one-time visit during their stay. Reservations must be made in advance at the reception, according to availability as they are limited in seating.

Guests with allergies or special dietary requirements (such as gluten free, dairy free) are asked to inform our front office upon arrival who will arrange a meeting with our food and beverage department. Our main buffet restaurant is able to cater to special dietary requests. For our theme restaurant which offers a fixed menu, it is not possible.

The hotel realizes that it is very difficult to leave a pet behind, but to respect all of our valued guests, pets are not allowed.

The voltage in Greece is 220 V/50 Hz, plug (socket) type F.

The hotel and its grounds are accessible with ramps (except the beach and theme restaurants). The rooms and bathrooms are not specially adapted for guests with disabilities.

Yes, we do rent irons at the reception (upon availability and deposit)

All rooms and indoor areas of our hotel are non-smoking, according to the Greek law.

The private beach in front of our hotel is both pebbly and sandy. We recommend bathing shoes. Water sports are offered by a local provider.

You can book the transfer with your tour operator. Also, there 24/7 taxis at the airport available, the price is around 25 € from the airport to our hotel.

There is a charge of €10 per room/night. The amount will be charged at check-in either in cash or by credit card.
